A gentle guide to retrogrades

A planet is called retrograde when it appears to move backwards against the background of the zodiac from our view on Earth. It is an apparent motion, not a planet reversing its orbit.

In astrology, retrogrades are often used as symbols for review, reconsideration or inward attention. That can be a helpful prompt without turning an ordinary delay into an omen.

If you want to use the idea practically, review one unfinished conversation or one routine that no longer serves you. Check facts, make a clear plan and leave space to revise it. A symbolic calendar can support reflection without making your decisions for you.
